The Oranje coach had left the Manchester United winger out of his provisional squad, suggesting he does not contribute enough, but has called him back into the team days later
Memphis Depay has been called up to the latest Netherlands side, despite coach Danny Blind initially leaving him out.

The Oranje boss had left the Manchester United forward out of his provisional squad for the upcoming friendlies against Wales and Germany because of injury, but added that he did not contribute enough to the team.

However, Blind has now included the 21-year-old in his final selection, while Arjen Robben returns to the team after recovering from his injury.

Blind has stood by his decision to leave Robin van Persie out of the squad, bemoaning the striker's poor performances at Fenerbahce.

Meanwhile, Feyenoord midfielder Marko Vejinovic gets his first call up and Jordy Clasie returns to the side after making his first appearances for Southampton.

The Dutch side take on Wales on 13 November and Germany four days later in their first games since they failed to qualify for Euro 2016.

Vardy: It Was Easy To Reject Arenal Move

Jamie Vardy says it was easy for him to reject a move to Arsenal, insisting both his head and his heart told him to stay at Leicester City. After playing a crucial role in last season's surprising Premier League title win, the England international was the subject of a bid from the Gunners which triggered his £22 million release clause. Instead, the striker opted to remain at the King Power Stadium and signed a new deal with the Foxes. And Vardy, 29, says it was an easy decision to make. “I was in a hotel room [in Chantilly] for so many hours of every day with nothing to do. You had a lot of time on your hands," he told The Guardian . “I am not going to beat around the bush – every time I thought about it, and every aspect of it I thought about, both my head and my heart were saying to stay at Leicester, which is why I made my decision to stay. “There were loads of reasons. You get that much time to think about, every single thing down to the tea lady. You think about w...
