The midfield trios' contracts are set to expire at the end of the season and it is understood the Gunners are planning for life without them, claim the London Evening Standard.
All three midfielders have been bit-part players this season with Arsene Wenger believed to be having concerns over their fitness and consistency to perform at a high level.
Rosicky, who turnt 35 last month, is expected to be sidelined until after Christmas following knee surgery and has failed to play a single minute of first-team football.
The Czech was set to leave the Gunners last summer but Arsenal invoked a clause in his previous contract to keep him at the Emirates for a further 12 months.
By leaving Arsenal, this will allow Rosicky to finish his career with his first club Sparta Prague - which he is open to.
The same can be said for Flamini as there are those who believe his best days are behind him too, with the poor performance in the Capital One Cup exit to Sheffield Wednesday being a prime example of this, so offloading him will allow the Gunners to bring fresh and more youthful blood in.
Flamini, 31, is a big presence in the Arsenal dressing room and Wenger would be sad to lose such a valued member of the squad.
But the same can be said for Arteta who is the club captain.
However, the 33-year-old has found himself warming the bench more often than not with Francis Coquelin and Santi Cazorla being the preferred midfield pairing.
By offloading these players it will certainly offer Arsenal flexibility in next summer's transfer market.
